7 ways to break the cellulite

What is cellulite?

Cellulite is the dimpled skin often on the thighs , hips and bottom ! Women are more sensitive than men and it is estimated that 95% of women currently suffer . But what makes this unsightly dimpling ?

Research suggests that cellulite is not more than the fat is entrapped between the connective tissue beneath the skin surface . Because fat is normal, some scientists and health professionals do not see this as something distinctive in itself , but just see it as fat . If you want tea , try green tea has many benefits, from increased metabolism to help mobilize stored under the skin to provide antioxidants that help keep the body healthy fat.

Avoid diet drinks containing artificial sweeteners as they are expected to contribute to the appearance of cellulite.

Use a body brush or loofah, brush your skin. Always work towards the heart , so if the problem is in your buttocks and thighs , like most women , then work up . If you have cellulite on the arms , working inwards. Be careful not to press too hard and avoid if you have sensitive skin or rosacea. Body brushing is good, even if you do not have cellulite, because it is supposed to give you a more radiant smooth skin .

Exercise is very good for all round health, anyway, but it can make it less obvious that tones muscles cellulite, reduces fat and helps circulation .

Some recommended exercises for cellulite reduction include brisk walking , swimming , cycling and gentle stretching like yoga or Pilates . If cellulite is in the legs , hips and bottom, then an exercise that uses these muscles will do wonders .

Avoid processed foods and fats - you may not like , but some of their favorite foods can be the cause of your cellulite. Processed foods and prepared meals are two of the main culprits. Try to eat fresh raw food for a while or try a detox .

Other culprits include dairy products and foods or drinks that contain artificial sweeteners. As it is believed that cellulite is caused by an accumulation of fat under the skin, but also an idea to reduce fat intake in general.

In general, eat fresh and avoid junk food !

# 5 Use a body scrub or cream

Exfoliation can help exfoliate the skin to reveal a smoother skin below . Work in a circular motion, moving towards the heart . This will bring up the circulation , accelerating the elimination of toxins .

Try adding coffee granules in the bush. Many creams and scrubs designed for cellulite contain caffeine , which can help improve things further .

If you prefer to use a manufactured product, look for those that contain an ingredient called " Centella asiatica " , as it is believed to improve skin elasticity .

Taking omega supplements - I found that when I started taking them , not just my skin looked and felt younger, but my cellulite was also significantly reduced. I think this is one of the best ways to jump cellulite. Try Omega 3 fish oil tablets for best results .

Take Gingko Biloba - This is supposed to help the elasticity of the skin, which can help improve the appearance of cellulite , which is due to problems with the connective tissue under the skin.

I know some people have cellulite on other parts of the body, but it seems to put fake tan on the legs can help my legs look and feel softer to the touch and my cellulite is not as noticeable.
