Successful weight loss is not a physical process , mental

This means that if you want to lose weight , all you have to do is meditate , or sit and think yourself thin ? No, I'm afraid it is not so easy. But losing weight successfully is not easy and thinking that this is the reason why many people fail at it.

Education is oriented around the exams, but nobody expects to pass an exam with only a few weeks of work. Training for exams is measured in years . The reward for the effort that will take an exam comes in the following years.

Losing weight is a matter of attitude , understanding your body, and most importantly, understanding your mind. It is to learn new skills and training as well.

If you are serious about changing your body shape and size , then you need to take everything seriously , and instead of jumping to the latest celebrity diet wagon , recognize that you need is a change of lifestyle . It's a bit like going to live in another country. They have different rules and expectations , is another language to learn, and it will take some time before you feel part .

When not allowed the luxury of time to learn the new rules to ensure its success - then you will fail. When you want it all in two months - you can not keep the weight off .

There is no way around it .

The vast majority of people who diet regain all the weight you lost and more in the twelve months to reach your goal. About half of those who leave the system in a couple of months out .

The reason for this huge failure rate is twofold:

There is a food industry multi- million dollars that you must keep failing to survive.
Unless you take the time to understand your body and mind , never, never keep the weight off for any length of time.

The food industry that needs your money. It is a big business. The only way is money , ensure you fail. You can not sell a new system every year , if not recovered the weight of the last regime. You can not sell club memberships and again , unless you keep default. You can not sell a new magical piece of gym equipment hi -tech home, unless the last piece of kit has been discontinued.

You are constantly fighting it . This industry will be bombarded with messages that hurt you feel comfortable the shape of your body, and you promise magic solutions that promise the world and do nothing . But buy something food, and the thing of the exercise machine and the thing club weight because you say it's the only way you can have the body you want .

This is a lie.
