Many
people looking to lose weight after the beginning of the year, they
decide to go on a diet to lose those extra pounds, but find that after a
short period of time - a few months, weeks or even days - people return to their old unhealthy eating habits. There are at least three reasons.
Reason # 1: When a person is on a diet , focusing on what they can not have all the time. Plans to train people to focus on food all the time . Food is in the mind of a person permanently and you think that you
"can not " have in terms of food, the more they want the forbidden
foods.
Reason # 2: When a person is on a diet , hungry all the time. In
their eagerness to reduce your intake of calories / fat, but also not
to consume enough food to think that "feeling drunk " without re-train
your mind and body to accept the fact that they do not have to feel " stuffed " - rather , people in good health should enough food to feel "satisfied" . When a person tries to make as much of a change in food intake without
having to recalibrate your mind and body to accept this new reality is
extremely difficult.
Reason # 3: diets do not change a person " subconscious eating habits. " Some people eat without realizing how much they eat . Whether in front of the television or whatever , many people are not really aware of what they eat or even how much you eat . They can sit with that big bag of chips watching your favorite TV show
and you can be completely surprised that the bag is empty when the TV
series ended .
One
of the easiest ways to eliminate these unhealthy eating habits methods
through the use of hypnosis, which can help a person discover the
underlying emotions that fuel the negative behaviors related to their
weight problem ways. Once these attachments are removed , new strategies in good health can be implemented in spirit. Changing
perceptions about food and what food means that a person who allows a
person to make your weight loss a lifestyle rather than a temporary
period. Hypnosis is also ideal for helping a person to overcome resistance to
positive change, and it is easier for them to live their best intentions
.
