Soda : Soda is addictive, people find it hard to give , but they do it because it is empty calories. By breaking the habits, not completely cut soda, but try to reduce your intake by half for a week and then go from there , breaking habits takes time! For example , if you drink two cokes a day (12 oz = ~ 140 calories each) cut to one soda a day , you will have consumed nearly 1,000 calories less per week , this is important! Snacks : as we move slowly , one step at a time, get soda consumption under control first!
